3. How to Enter

To enter, customers must submit a genuine review of their experience with Otello’s Home via Trustpilot.

Eligible entries must be submitted within the relevant calendar quarter (e.g. 1st Jan–31st Mar) and must be linked to a verified purchase or experience with our service.

4. The Prize

One winner will receive £250 Otello’s Home store credit, valid for use on any product available at www.otelloshome.com.

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Draw Dates & Winner Notification

One winner will be selected at random at the end of each calendar quarter (March, June, September, December).

The winner will be contacted directly via the email address provided, within 2 weeks of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

Reviews must be submitted via Trustpilot, and we may contact you via the email address associated with your review if you are selected as a winner.

- A minimum of 100 reviews must be received in each period for the draw to go ahead. If this amount is not achieved, all entrants will be automatically included in the draw in the following period.
