These terms apply to the free gift offer on otelloshome.com. The offer is run by SY Distribution Ltd (company number 13378060), trading as Otello's Home ("we", "us" and "our").
1. Qualifying purchases
The offer applies to select full-price furniture. Qualifying products show the free gift offer on their product page.
Sale, outlet and already-discounted products are excluded. The offer is available on online orders placed at otelloshome.com in pounds sterling (GBP).
2. Choosing your gift
You can choose one complimentary gift for your entire order, regardless of how many qualifying items you buy. Your choice is either Free White Glove Delivery or an e-gift card.
You choose your gift on the product page of a qualifying item. You can switch gifts, untick to remove your choice, or purchase without a gift. Selecting a gift with another product replaces your previous choice when that product is added to your basket. Removing the associated product removes its gift.
3. Free White Glove Delivery
Free White Glove Delivery includes delivery to your chosen room and assembly. It is subject to an eligibility review before the service is arranged. Location and product exclusions may apply. Please check the delivery information for your order.
4. Your e-gift card
- The e-gift card has a maximum value of £300.
- It is sent by email 30 days after your final item is delivered, subject to eligibility checks.
- It is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is shown on the gift card.
- Any unused balance stays on the card for later purchases until its original expiry date.
- The e-gift card has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
5. Eligibility review and discounts
Your selection is subject to an eligibility review of your completed order. Discounts on the qualifying item, including its share of an order discount, invalidate either gift.
If a discount is entered at checkout, a gift request may still appear on the order, but an ineligible gift will not be issued or arranged.
6. Cancellations and returns
If you cancel or return the qualifying item before your e-gift card is issued, it will not be issued. We won't issue an e-gift card while a return is open.
If the qualifying item is returned after your e-gift card is issued, we will cancel any unused balance and may deduct the amount already spent from your refund.
7. Changes to this offer
We may change or end this offer at any time without notice. Gifts on orders placed before a change will be honoured under the terms that applied when you ordered.
8. Fraud and misuse
We may refuse or cancel a gift where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or a breach of these terms.
9. Your statutory rights
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
