Both gifts are available only on select full-price products. Sale and outlet products are excluded.

One gift per order

Choose one complimentary gift for your entire order, regardless of how many qualifying items you buy. You can switch gifts, untick to remove your choice, or purchase without a gift. Selecting a gift with another product replaces your previous choice when that product is added. Removing the associated product removes its gift.

Your gift card

The gift card has a maximum value of £300.

Issued 30 days after your final item is delivered, subject to eligibility checks. Valid for 6 months from issue.

Your gift card will be sent by email. Any unused balance stays on the card for later purchases until its original expiry date.

Eligibility review and discounts

Your selection is subject to eligibility review of your completed order. Discounts on the qualifying item, including its share of an order discount, invalidate either gift. If a discount is entered at checkout, a gift request may still appear on the order, but an ineligible gift will not be issued or arranged.
